A note on home-made treatment products
Some people make their own treatment products with an easily available matrix (peanut butter, fish, sugar etc.) and a pesticide added to it. This is something we do not advise unless you have a lot of experience with pesticides, and understand the harm you can unintentionally cause.
Great care must be taken when preparing and distributing products in this way, and it is illegal in some countries because it breaks the rules around pesticide regulations. Contact an expert to seek advice.
For small-scale treatment around the home it is better to use regulated off-the-shelf treatments in a safe way. Contact your local agriculture / environment department for further advice.
